RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with FTC Watercooling. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

RETURNS

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.

Items returned unopened and in new, factory-resellable condition are eligible for a refund of the product purchase price.

Opened Returns / Restocking Fees
Unopened items returned in new, factory-resellable condition are not subject to a restocking fee.

Opened items that are complete and remain in resellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price.

Items showing signs of installation, coolant exposure, modification, damage, missing parts, missing packaging, or other conditions that reduce resale value may receive a reduced refund or may be refused entirely.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns resulting from the customer ordering the wrong product, compatibility issues, changing their mind, or otherwise no longer needing the item, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by FTC Watercooling.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. FTC Watercooling is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

When FTC Watercooling ships an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged due to circumstances for which we are responsible, we will provide appropriate return shipping arrangements.

Certain defective products may be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process depending on the product and circumstances.

COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchasing.

If you are unsure whether a product will work with your system, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Products ordered incorrectly due to compatibility or selection errors may still be returned under our standard return policy, provided they meet the return requirements above.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and product-integrity reasons, certain opened or used consumable products may not be returnable, including items such as:

• Coolants and liquid additives
• Thermal compounds or thermal paste
• Cleaning products
• Other sealed consumable products once opened

Special-order, clearance, or explicitly designated final-sale products may also be excluded from returns when stated on the product page.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] or use the Return Portal.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Do not send products back without sufficient identifying information. Including your order number inside the return package will help us process your return quickly.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and process eligible refunds back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days after the return is received for inspection and processing. Additional time may be required for your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or other payment provider to post the refund.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

AMAZON PAY

Amazon Pay is offered as a payment method for purchases made directly through FTCWatercooling.com.

Using Amazon Pay does not make the purchase an Amazon Marketplace order. Returns for orders placed on FTCWatercooling.com are handled directly by FTC Watercooling under this return policy.

MARKETPLACE ORDERS

Orders placed directly through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or TikTok Shop are subject to the return policies and procedures of the marketplace through which the order was placed.
